A Portrait Of Outstanding Character

January 27, 2021 By Cesar NYC

A self-confident personality, a style made up of choices that do not leave indifferent and draw a unique and unrepeatable portrait. This is the atmosphere created by the Intarsio island in Corvino Oak and the Maxima 2.2 tall units in the new Tabià finish. This new essence emphasizes the signs of time and the ancient history of the material that originates it: fir boards from recovered old alpine structures, restored by sandblasting and made unmistakable through a black oil finish. Veins, imperfections, scratches thus become protagonists and blend harmoniously with the Sahara Noir marble top. The ensemble thus preserves an originality and a singularity that distinguishes the composition.

An element of continuity between kitchen and living room is The 50’s : the bookcase system evolves and becomes double-sided, rising up to the ceiling and conquering the center of the room. This creates an architecture that allows environments with different intended uses to communicate freely thanks to the play of solids and voids, reflecting a fluid and contemporary lifestyle.

An ideal solution for those looking for a different, less traditional way to experience the kitchen and a perfect introduction to the living area, dominated by Dress up. The innovative solution for dressing the walls was designed by Garcia Cumini focusing on the combination of lightness and technology. The element has a depth of only 22 cm and gives a perception of great airiness and freedom: easily customizable in size and composition, it can also furnish an entire wall or, where necessary, be reduced to the linear development of the Dressup Line variant.

One of the elements that amplify the suggestion of Dress up is the combination with Art Collection , the precious decoration that amplifies the original function of the backrest. The panel thus hosts refined still life with a pictorial taste, the work of the collaboration with the Venetian photographer Zaira Zarotti: vintage compositions, mainly floral, that continue the tradition of Renaissance still life’s. The project involved studying various subjects, which were then adapted and repositioned according to the different module formats. Each shot was therefore made to measure and then transferred to the backrest, transforming what was originally born as an accessory into a painting.

The environment created by the combination of Intarsio, The 50’s, Dress up and Dress Up Art Collection acquires as a whole a profoundly personal strength and elegance, stimulating emotions and impressions that highlight the sophisticated taste of those who live there and propensity towards a furnishing concept that constantly combines aesthetics and functionality.
